Who We Are
Founded in 1983, Discovery Job Network, Inc. is a non-profit, faith-based employment service. We are located at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Centennial, Colorado. Resources are also accessible through any of our many sponsor locations in metro Denver.
Through sponsorship of Discovery Job Network, Church and community service organizations are able to utilize our resources to assist people in their efforts to find meaningful employment. Job postings, individualized career coaching, resume reviews, job seeker workshops, and network support groups are some of the many resources we offer.

Discovery Job Network is a 501c3 non-profit organization, founded in 1983 and incorporated in 1988. We are dedicated to providing faith-based employment services to anyone seeking assistance with finding and securing employment.
Our offices are located at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Centennial, Colorado. Our office hours are: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by appointment.
To function as a non-profit, interfaith organization that assists all job seekers and employers in the pursuit of economic success by providing an unlimited resource for professional, technical and emotional support.
Krista Redlinger – Program Director
Krista is a Colorado native. She founded and managed a successful small business in another state, before returning to Colorado and volunteering for a variety of local nonprofits. She came to DJN as a job seeker and later worked as a volunteer assisting with various social media and communications projects. She has experience in marketing, public relations, HR, customer service, project management and administration.
Joe has been a career advisor and executive coach since 1991. As a member of Right Management Consultants, the world’s largest Human Resource Consulting firm, he coached managers and executives from many fortune 500 companies. He is at ease assisting employees at every level, from the mailroom to the boardroom. Because of his practical, humorous and interactive style, Joe is a frequent speaker. He has presented at many retreats and conferences around the country. Joe has many writing credits including a spiritual guide for people facing career transitions. Before joining DJN, he had been in private practice for the past fifteen years.
Hal has over 20 years of business experience including: Executive Coach, Leadership Consulting, Organization Development, Training, Career Planning, Job Search Specialist, Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organization Communications, 360 Degree Feedback, Team Building, and Staffing.
Jean worked in higher education for thirty years as a career coach, internship program manager, and adjunct faculty member. She actively participated in the Cooperative Education and Internship Association and the Walt Disney World College Program. She also worked in Human Resources and earned an M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. Upon retirement from paid employment, she and her husband relocated to Colorado, where both are community volunteers and fun-seekers.
Bob has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, small business and government. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, Field Artillery. After his armed services retirement, he was a Human Resources Director at Marriott hotels for 15 years and as a Human Resources Project Manager for the State of colorado Department of Labor for nine years. He has attained an undergraduate degree in English and a graduate degree from the US Army Command and General Staff College. He was ordained as a Catholic Deacon by St. Francis School of Theology in 2003 and received a Master's degree in Biblical Theology from the Augustine Institute in 2013. He is a Deacon at St. Thomas More Church.
